2 heaping tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 egg whites
2TBS h20
1 tsp vanilla
I pound pecans
Dry stuff. Bag. Shake.
Wet stuff. Bowl. Whisk. Add pecans. Stir.
Dump on a lined baking sheet.
Spread into a single layer.
Bake 250. 1 hr. stir every 15 min.
The finished product; verdict=delicious.
