Do what makes you happy

I've invested a lot of energy in my #shillarmy work over the past few days. I wish I could say I felt like I've changed lives and made a difference for science, but really all I can say is that I feel incredibly drained.

It probably doesn't help that we have kinda caught the virus that's going around and I seriously hurt my knee running last week. This is the first "sports" injury I've ever had and it's really woken me up to the fact that I'm no spring chicken anymore. 

Anyway, all this crap has given me the change to hit reset, clear out a little of the daily clutter and focus in on what matters; to do more of what makes me happy.
