Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts

I made these for a holiday party this year and they were goooooood! and easy, and healthy!

you  just cut some brussel sprouts in half drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until softened. I also topped ours with some bacon, and I went pretty light on the vinegar, because I wasn't sure about it, but it turned out really good!
