I did a 3 week clean eating workout program a few months ago. Of course, i lost one pound, and then called it quits half way through. Anyway, one of the recipes was sooo good we actually make it all the time. You just cut up spinach, shred peppperjack cheese, mix it together and stuff it into chicken breasts. Brown in a pot, add chopped squash, Mrs. Dash and more spinach. Easy, healthy delicious!
Sophia and I just planted some spinach seeds in our garden, so hopefully it grows and we get to make this more often!
