Nothing beats hot chocolate as the ultimate easy cold (or cool) weather dessert. We've been taking ours up a notch lately by adding homemade whipped cream and mini marshmallows from Amazon. We make our hot chocolate using the giant can of mix with half hot water, half cold milk so no one gets burnt or has to wait for it to cool down.
Homemade whipped cream:
1 cup cream
2 TBS sugar
1 tsp vanilla
whip until peaks form
