Maybe it’s because I’m hungry, or maybe it’s because I’m pregnant, but these Glazed Polish Pineapple bites are sooo sooo sooo good!!! I can’t stop eating them! But I have to because they’re for Michael’s Christmas program tonight! Eeeeek!
Recipe:
2 polish sausages
2 cans sliced pineapple
Glaze:
3 TBS shoyu
2 TBS honey
2 TBS sweet chili sauce
3 TBS juice out of the pineapple can.
Slice up sausage, top with 1/4 of a pineapple slice. Skewer with a toothpick.
Place on a pan. Brush/ pour glaze over top.
Bake at 400F for 20-25 min.
