Verdict: so far we love them! They look so pretty and they are much softer than the blinds and also much lighter in weight, so they're easier to put up and down. I'm hopeful, but we'll see if they get moldy, and they don't really keep much light out, which could be a pro or a con, they're very sheer-ish.
