Peanut butter chocolate chip frozen yogurt Popsicles

So we threw these together yesterday, looking for something a little more healthy than the strawberry cheesecake pops I made last time. 

They're good, but next time I think I'll go with Greek yogurt.


1 cup plain yogurt (we had yoplait original)
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Mix up and add whole milk to get the desired volume for your Popsicle molds. Ours needed about another 1.5 cups milk. 
Mix some more.

Spoon into molds, layering with chocolate sauce (fudge sauce would be better) and more tiny globs of peanut butter as you go.

Result: high protein, but also high fat and sugar 😊 most importantly, a tasty summer treat.
