Bayou Pasta with Peppers from our Garden!!

We have an abundance of purple bell peppers in our garden right now, so the other day I made a version of our old favorite from Flatbranch in Columbia, Bayou Pasta.

Saute some onions and garlic in a little olive oil

Add homegrown peppers

These are already getting wrinkly, there are too many for us to keep up with.

I added some Costco Motzerella Sausage

Then the sauce is just a can of tomato sauce, and some heavy cream and salt and pepper. Parmesan if you like...


Mikey liked it.

And so did these two. 

We had a gorgeous sunset!
