Goodbye Evergreen: Landscaping Update

BERORE

DURING

AFTER

When we bought our house two years ago there was a HUGE ugly 70's evergreen bush right in the front. I guess it was kind of nice because it provided shade and privacy, but it was soooooooooooo ugly, and it took up most of our yard space, it shed everywhere, and it just made our house feel so dated.

After only living here a few months, we finally decided to take the plunge and get rid of it. It only took 2 years to complete that process.

Now we're planning on replacing it with something much less ugly and more tropical. Probably a macadamia nut tree.
But for now our yard is nice and open and looks like it could possibly belong in the current decade.
