I've been craving so much light fruit/ veggie type foods lately. I recently made some Thai red curry pumpkin soup. I thought it was just ok, but everyone else really liked it, including the world's pickiest kid. And per the norm for this pregnancy the soup was accompanied by spring rolls.
I've also been craving tapioca big time! I'm thinking about trying chia seed pudding some day.

Later in the week made full on vermicelli bowls, good, but didn't quite hit the craving. Prolly because all I could get was Patis. time to order fish sauce from amazon!
But again, who would have guessed that the kid who hates solid food and only wants milk would like this meal?!?!? But he did.
