We made this last Easter and it was a huge hit!
1 Cup white chocolate chips
2/3 cups Peanut Butter
1/4 cup butter
9 cups corn chex
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 bag easter egg M&Ms
Melt first three ingredients (microwave for 45 seconds- stir, then an additional 30-45 seconds if needed) Do not over cook!
Pour cereal in a 9x13 pan. Pour melted stuff over cereal and stir gently until all coated.
measure powdered sugar into a bag (1 gallon ziploc works, but bigger would be better)
Shake, shake, shake.
That's it. pour into a serving dish and gently mix in M&Ms.
