A little late, since it’s almost the end of June.... but... in May’s backyard news:
Here’s to a June post in the next week or so, AND here’s to getting to work on some stuff while I’m on maternity leave...maybe. Still resting for now :)
Planted this May:
Nothing that I can think of. I was pretty busy and hormonal/depressed. LOL. Not a great month for gardening. Also, most of what I planted in May didn’t make it for whatever reason, birds mainly.
Harvested this May:
Some carrots, some strawberries, some flowers, again, not a lot. Oh! Herbs! Dill, basil, rosemary, chives, lemongrass.
Flowering this May:
Sweet potatoes, cut flower garden QAL, marigolds, zinnias, glads, red rose, sunflower, dahlias, gladiolus, dianthus, bachelors buttons.
