I tried to healthy-up this classic jello salad.
Crush 1-2 cups of pretzels
Add 1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
Mix up and flatten like a pie crust
Bake at 400 for 5-10 min until just crispy.
Let cool.
Mix together
1/2 block of cream cheese
1/4 cup of sugar
Fold in 2 drained cans of crushed pineapple
1 tub whipped cream
Refrigerate while you wait for pretzel to cook/cool.
Break up pretzel crust and mix into jello salad- serve.
